When is the race?
The Sunday Age City2Sea presented by Westpac will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 (TBC). The 14km event starts at 8:00am. The 5km event starts at 9:15am.
How do I enter?
The only way to enter is online. Payment method for online entries is credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit or debit card, Australia Post provides a prepaid card service, please visit your nearest Post Office for details.

Take care with your entry as we cannot change your start group after your registration is completed.
Who can enter?
Anyone of any age and ability can enter. Please assign yourself to the appropriate group based on your running or walking speed.
No pets, bicycles, scooters, hand cycles, skateboards or rollerblades are permitted.
Those with strollers or non-racing wheelchairs are requested to start from the back of the pack for safety reasons.
The Sunday Age Red Start - Seeded, Preferred, Gold and runners who can complete the course in sub 75 minutes
Rexona Green Start - runners and joggers - this start group has now reached capacity
LAN Airlines Blue Start - runners and joggers.
Westpac Yellow Start - joggers, walkers, fun groups, pushers (pushed wheelchairs and strollers).
How much does it cost to enter?

Will my race bib be posted?
Up until August 31, if you selected the postage option in the registration process, your race bib will be sent to the valid Australian address you provided upon registering. Initially you will be allocated an entry reference number. At a later date you will be given your bib number.
If you did not select the postage option in the registration process or registered on or after September 1, 2013, you will need to collect your race bib from the Event Expo, please bring your e-ticket to make the process as quick as possible. If you are for any reason unable to attend, a friend or family member can collect your race bib on your behalf. They will need to provide your e-ticket to do so.

How do I collect my race bib?
If you entered on or after September 1, 2013 or entered an overseas address, you must print your e-ticket or have it ready on your mobile device and come to the event expo:
Friday, November 15, 8am-6pm
Saturday, November 16, 9am-4pm

Do I qualify for a seeded, preferred or red start?
If you have recorded a strong time at a previous running event you may qualify for a seeded or preferred start. For an event listed in the table below, results can be searched for on the entry page and used to qualify automatically. Please remember that your name will only show up as you entered it in that previous race.
If you have not participated in these events you will need to fill out the qualifying forms before registering with links to your results for approval. Please then wait for a response as we cannot change your start group after you have entered.
We accept times from any official race, anywhere in the world, within the last year over 10km including Run Melbourne, Melbourne Marathon, and Run for the Kids. Please see below for the Seeded, Preferred and Sunday Age Red start prequalifying times.
Qualifying process for a front start group?
If you are a first time entrant and wish to enter in either Seeded, Preferred or The Sunday Age Red Start groups, please use the links below. We will assess the request and you will receive an email back stating if your request to register into one of these groups has been accepted and how to go about registering.
You will need to include 2 prior results from runs of 10km or more within the last 12 months.
Specific links to your running results online or to copies of certificates will be considered, mere statements will not suffice and will not be answered.
